What Causes Itchy Soreness And Redness On Foreskin And Testicles?
Question: G'day, so yesterday I noticed I started to itch on my foreskin, which then, over the course of the day, extended to my testicles. During the night the itching was so pronounced as to wake me. This morning my foreskins is sore and red (might have scratched it too hard, perhaps, and the whole area of my genitalia is red. Unless I am am being paranoid, it looks like there are red, angry, spots appearing on my foreskin. On a scaleof 1-10, how much should I worry?

1) Are you diabetic? If yes is it under control.?
2) Do you have urinary symptoms like frequency,burning etc.?
Itching of the foreskin with redness is presenting symptoms of Diabetes .
Please get your blood sugar levels tested to rule out diabetes.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Augmentin with anti fungal medicine like Fluconazole twice daily orally along with topical anti fungal cream like Candid for local application.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.
Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
Do not worry this will get cured within 10 days.
