Brief Answer:
Rest, ice, plaster slab or crepe bandage, limb elevation

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Thanks for the query.

I have reviewed your Xray film and report. There soars to be a very minute possible avulsion fracture of the 5th toe region.

If you have difficulty and pain on walking I suggest you wear a plaster slab behind the leg and foot and do not bear much weight on that foot for about 6 weeks. Also keep the limb elevated over a pillow. Keep moving your ankles up and down like as though you are pressing and leaving the gas pedal in a car. This will help to drain the swelling which is causing the pain. Also apply ice over the painful region thrice a day.

You can take Tablet Paracip 500 thrice a day if you have pain. Keep well hydrated.

You should be fine in 4 to 6 weeks.

Wishing a speedy recovery.

Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
