Brief Answer:
Balanoposthitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

This looks to be a problem called balanoposthitis.
I hope you have a single sex partner.
The effective treatment is as follows:
Clean the area with plain water 2 to 4 times a day and and keep it dry with a pure cotton cloth or a dryer.
you may apply liquid Povidone Iodine locally or a Metronidazole cream- nothing else at all. We have seen no results with any other solution, cream or ointment. So do not try anything else; if you are using any, please stop it.

A course of antibiotic (another one as this is not helping you) with metrogyl orally for 5 to 7 days should help you to get a cure. You can get your Blood Sugar checked.

If you are married and have wife or a partner, she should also receive the same treatment.

No sex or masturbation till you are absolutely fine.

Sugars were normal that time. I have a family history of diabetes in both my parents. As I told, the dermatologist gave me antibiotics and I was taking that, could that also spike sugars, of late may be last 10-15 days, I have been gorging on non-veg food, sweets & alcohol.

Brief Answer:
Have a combination of treatment

Detailed Answer:
Family history of diabetes in parents is a contributory factor.
You have to take treatment of diabetes, please follow the advise of your treating Doctor strictly.

Antibiotics given by the Dermatologist will not cause sugars to increase. I hope you were not given steroids.

Non-veg food does not increase sugar.
Sweets will increase sugar only if you are a diabetic.
Alcohol has varies effects on sugar levels.

Please do not worry too much about diet and all; most important is proper medical treatment, and a combination of diet and exercises.

And balanoposthitis at the moment.
Have a combination of treatment and everything will be fine. Please accept that you are a diabetic and take proper treatment.
