Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I had gone through your question very diligently and I really appreciate your concern for your wife.

Allergic reaction in ear, nose and oral cavity might be related to inflammation of any of these structures as ears are connected to throat and oral cavity via eustachian tube and may spread in both the ways.

Parotid selling with discharge is a matter of concern and needs to be physically examined.
If possible upload me an image of discharging parotid swelling.

In my opinion you should consult an ENT surgeon as per your convenience for physical examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, ESR, AEC (absolute eosinophil count),CBC, blood sugar and liver function test or an radiological study of the parotid region.

I hope you will find my response informative and helpful Please fell free to ask for follow up I will be happy to help you
wishing you both a very good health
