Brief Answer: Get your hormonal levels done Detailed Answer: Hi, At the outset I wouldn't be very worried. I have read your query. This probably could either be due to disturbed hormonal profile or from stress. I would start you on regesterone in a dosage of 5- 10 mg for 5-10 days to reset your periods. Periods usually resume after stopping this pill. You can discuss about this option with your gynecologist. Besides this medication, I would also be pleased if your doctor checks your prolactin levels. Raised prolactin can also lead to menstrual irregularity (amennorhea). Let me know if you need more instructions. Regards , Dr. Manmeet
