Brief Answer:
it might not be the ipill effect

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, I got your information. I understand your concern.

In my opinion, it might not be the ipill effect. Because the ipill effect might be there in the cycle which it is taken.

So the delay might be due to hormonal imbalance due to stress or any other reason.

As the delay is in this cycle only, do a urine pregnancy test and if it is negative you can take tab. meprate 10 mg twice a day for 5 days. Take this in consultation with your Gynecologist. This tablet cause withdrawal bleeding and you will get the period.

Check for your next cycle, if still delaying then consult gynecologist for hormonal evaluation like thyroid abnormalities or polycystic ovarian disease(PCOD).

Check for your weight, if weight is not appropriate for height then the cycles might become irregular.
Adopt a healthy lifestyle like exercise daily and avoid junk food and high calorie food.

Avoid stress if anything there.

Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...Dr srilatha
