Brief Answer:
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Irregular and heavy periods is common in perimenopausal age group and is due to hormonal changes known as dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
I will suggest you to take pause MF for three times a day, if not controlled on it, then you have to go for D& C.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
