Brief Answer:
Vitamins and Anxiolytic drugs may be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

After going through your query I concluded that you are having rhythmic side to side movements of toes which can due to anxiety and weakness of muscle both of which can be due some systemic absorption of some steroid inhaler drugs you are taking . Steroids are known to cause nervousness, restlessness and Muscle weakness. As a treatment of it you can take Vitamin ,trace element and calcium supplement. Anxiolytic drugs may be helpful.

You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Wishing you good health.
Take care
