What Causes Involuntary Jerking Of Foot?
Question: Lately I have been having left foot involuntary jerking. It starts out with a pricking sensation followed by the jerking. The whole episode last only a second. I do not have a history of seziures. Could this be stress related?

Ive bever had a seziure in my life. 30 years old.
