Brief Answer:
MOSTLY OVULATORY BLEEDING.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

According to information and last period date (11th Aug), it is mostly suggestive of ovulatory bleeding in the middle of cycle (on 16th day).

It can't be IMPLANTATION bleeding as it is too early for that. It occurs around 21st to 23rd day of cycle.

Lower abdominal cramp with mid cycle spotting is called Mittelschmerz syndrome in medical term. It DOESN'T require any kind of treatment. It resolves by own.

Some other possibilities like hormonal imbalance, endometrial or cervical polyp, growth, PID or pelvic infection, uterine fibroid or adenomyosis etc are to be ruled out through pelvic ultrasound scan and hormone tests if bleeding is quite heavy and continued few more days. In that case, you should consult with your gynecologist for proper management.

Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

Wish your good health and maintain genital hygiene properly.

Regards,
Dr S Patra
