What Causes Indigestion, Back Pain And Heartburn Post A Breast Augmentation?

Question: Hi. I had a breast augmentation 2 weeks ago. The first week post op was fine but the second week I have had bad heart burn, indigestion and back ache. I feel like I can't eat anything but I'm making myself eat so that I don't take pain killers on an empty stomach and because I feel like not eating will slow down the healing. I haven't been able to get any sleep because of my stomach and/or my back. Do you have any advice on how to solve it?

Hi doctor,

I have taken antacids with no success. Do you think I should stop taking the painkillers? It's is about 10 days after surgery now so I'm guessing my pain would be significantly less?
