Detailed Answer:
Hi, Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

If I were your treating Doctor for this increased heart rate and weakness in arm and legs, I would come up with three possibilities, these include:

1. Heart problems

This explains the heaviness in chest and raised heart rate I would like you to get a ECG, ECHO and stress test done to evaluate heart. Dilated pupil is because of autonomic nervous system response.

2. Seizure

Seizures can present the same way but you dont have a "typical" history of a seizure as there is no loss of consciousness or spontaneous micturation, defecation etc. However such seizures do exist and has to be evaluated for. What goes in favor is the acute onset of the symptoms

3. Stress
Increase in heart rate and palpitation can be a expected symptom due to stress.I would advice you to go for relaxation exercises like Meditation or Yoga, which will surely bring a change.About going for heavy work out in gym I would consider safety in getting an ECG before the same.

I strongly suggest you approach a physician to get physical examination done and to get these test done.

1. Fasting blood sugar
2. ECG, ECHO, Stress test
3. EEG
4. MRI brain

I hope I answered your query. If you have any further ones please get back to me

regards
