Brief Answer:
please provide detials of cardiac illness/ tests.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir

1. I have gone through all the reports and with creatinine level of 2.0 mg% in diabetes which has risen from 1.7 last year, the patient has established kidney disease. This is a bad prognostic factor for any heart related intervention.
2. Hemoglobin of 8.2 gm% itself can produce many symptoms of heart disease.
3. I could not understand what your doctor meant by "Thin heart veins". This is not a standard terminology. I would like to know what happened exactly? Why he has been advised coronary angiogram?
4. My suggestion is to show him to a good kidney specialist or nephrologist. Regarding cardiac part (heart related problem), I will elaborate more only when you detail above questions.
5. I am afraid I do not know anyone personally in XXXXXXX You can check with any reputed corporate hospital near you place in XXXXXXX like XXXXXXX Hall clinic, Jahangeer hospital, XXXXXXX Birla Hospital, etc.

Waiting for your reply.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
