I have gone through both the reports.
Asthma is a clinical diagnosis, where we find decreased or altered breath sounds, in chest examination with help of stethoscope.
The old reports is indicative of some kind of infection,(In any part of the body) in this case lung as he has some been given inhaler for bronchospasm. (infection of lungs). It is normal in next report.
It can be found in many conditions.
If your son has got it ones it does not mean he is going to get it again.
His line of treatment was good.
Please complete the course of the medicines, as per doctors advice.
Hope I have answered your query.
If any thing else you are welcome.
