I had an Echo of my heart done late last year and also a stress test done. they found that I had some left wall thickening. but said that was normal. Also had some palpitations but said to just watch that. these things have been going on for a couple years now. I also get severe headaches. with a stabbing pain that starts in the right side towards the back, but will shoot to the back of the eye and make it feel like there's pressure there. it will last a minute or two and then go away. it's enough that I grab my head and double over. I bruise easily but am not anemic. have had some cervical polyps removed but we're good. they did blood test and ruled out thyroid and autoimmune diseases. they have no idea what next. i forget complete conversions. I get trembling that feels like some one is lightly shaking my skeleton. they have no answers for me. I'm at a loss at what to do next...

Brief Answer:
Likely cause heart problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

First possibility is Heart disease – this is one of the most common causes of ill-health. Heart problems can lead to heart failure and a build up of fluid in the lungs and a persistent dry cough, especially at night. It also explains sore lungs, fatigue, feet and hands swell, chest pain etc.

Second possibly tuberculosis of lung can have dry cough in initial stage, can have other symptoms described by you.

Third possibility is some lung problem. This can also cause such symptoms.

So in my opinion congestive cardiac failure and heart disease should be excluded. Echocardigraphy should be repeated as you have heart symptoms also.
Other useful investigation which can help in diagnosis has already been discussed.

Hope I have answered your query.

If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer.

Wishing you good health.
