Brief Answer:
Ultrasound scan required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

The symptoms you describe point towards possibility of fibroid in your uterus.

Presence of fibroid or polyp in uterus cause such episodes of bleeding / clot/pain. These need to be identified by getting an ultrasound scan.

Ultrasound scan can identify the various problems in uterus that might cause this problem.
