Brief Answer:
you need to get evaluated further medically and by imaging studies.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HealthcareMagic.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Conditions that may cause headaches at your age include menopause, migraine headaches, cluster headaches, etc.

Since high or unstable blood pressure is excluded as a possible condition, and before to be sure about above-mentioned conditions, secondary headaches (i.e. with an underlying cause) should be evaluated further and excluded.

These secondary headaches may be linked to conditions such sinusitis, cerebral vascular malformations, etc.

Besides medical examination by your Doctor, imaging studies ( brain MRI is preferable ) take an important role in achieving a correct diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
