Brief Answer:
Proper treatment with antibiotics will resolve the problem

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I need to ask you about the following:
* Frequency of passage of stool.
* How high the temperature is rising?
* Are antibiotics being given? If so, which one?
* Other medicines she is receiving.
* Was the black stool tarry in nature and sticking to the pan of lavatory?
* Could you upload the reports of the tests?

Greenish stools occur when there is rapid transit through the intestines and the bile pigments do not get adequate time to get converted to the yellow color of stool. The color itself is not a cause for concern. Treatment of the underlying pathology will automatically deal with the problem. A course of antibiotics has to be given. She otherwise has to eat a light diet. Typhoid is curable on medication and therefore you need not worry.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
