Brief Answer:
it is possible side effect

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Tumeric can have an effect on the stool color. In some persons it can increased the frequency of bowel movements meaning that they may go to the bathroom more than usual.
This would cause the stool to appear green, when stool passes out often, the bile in the stool does not have the chance to undergo changes from green to brown. This makes the stool green

This means that tumeric can cause you to use the bathroom more often than before, this may cause green stool.

Tumeric can cause yellow stool as well.

You should try to discontinue the tumeric for at least 3 to 5 days, if there is an improvement then you would know that it is related to the tumeric.

IF the stool remains green, then there is another cause.
Green leafy vegetables or green color to foods can cause green color to the stool

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
