Goose bumps often indicate extreme stress or cold.

Stress can cause difficulty in breathing problems and gastritis, which can manifest as chest discomfort. Due to breathing problems, reduced oxygenation in blood is leading to dizziness.
Hypothyroidism can also present with these findings.

If she were my patient, i would advise:

1. Proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole to reduce gastritis.

2. Complete rest. Keep her warm.

3. If necessary, bronchodilators like ipratropium bromide can be taken to improve breathing.

4. Improvement in diet (protein rich diet) with increased fluids to improve blood pressure. (Hope her blood pressure is within normal limits)

5. Avoid benzodiazapenes and other anxiolytics as it might depress the respiratory system.

Hope there is no sputum production as it indicates a possible lower respiratory tract infection.

Need to get a complete hemogram to rule out anemia or infections. Also, a thyroid hormone profile to rule out hypothyroidism.

Once a month at this age for three years appears to be chronic.

Specific allergic reaction to environment - air or food needs to be looked into closely. Correlation with eosinophil count is important. Detailed previous history including the history preceding the symptoms and length of symptoms and treatment given to reduce is essential.

Regular treatment for gastritis is necessary - as advised before..

Avoiding stress is very important.

A complete hemogram to evaluate for anemia and eosinophils is necessary.

Balanced diet, mild exercises with regular sleep and avoidance of allergens is essential. Not sure about homeopathic medicines, but is it helpful. What allopathic medicines have already been take and how long? Treatment history is essential. If none taken, above can be tried for atleast till the next episode. It does not appear to be a specific lung disorder.
