Brief Answer:
Symptoms of Gastric Discomfort. Dyspepsia/ Acid Reflux

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain in solar plexus also called epigastric pain with butterfly feeling in the area and sensation of something stuck in the throat are all very classic for gastric discomfort like acid reflux and dyspepsia.

All you need is a few antacids like omeprazole and some gastric motility medications like domperidone or itopride etc. Along with that more important management step is diet and lifestyle modifications . Reducing weight, eating small frequent meals, avoiding spices, alcohol, beverages, NSAIDs pain killers, stimulants, coffee, tea in excess, sweets especially chocolate etc is necessary. Lie on bed with head side elevated for a t least 8 inches. Keep a time frame of 2 to 3 hours between last meal and lying down.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
