What Causes Fluctuations In The Body Temperature?

Question: hi there ..
since 2 monthes i am feeling cold most of the time.
if i stay little bit out i a cold weather and not necessary its very cold weather . i have the feeli9ng that i am very cold almost shaking
and while i feel cold i am feeling weak with my legs and have no power
and i feel that i pee more
i take 1 paracetamol and i try to sleep i sweat alot i wake up wet
i took my temperature before taking paracetamol and was normall all the time never had fever
this symptoms come and go lately come one day then dispapear few days then appear again
i made se blood test and urine test all.went out good
i wonder what is causing this .

Hi since you have mentioned that you didn't have any fever, it is unlikely that the fluctuations in your body temperature could be due to infection.

I would suggest you to get your thyroid profile done as uncontrolled hypothyroidism could manifest like this.

Also get electrolytes and blood sugar levels done. These are a few reasons which when abnormal can cause fluctuations in body temperature.
getting chills and having them.repeatedly could definitely be tiresome.

If that is normal.get an ultrasound of abdomen to look for any hidden infection

ultra sound mean ecography ? where the dr put gel on ur body and move a mouse over ur body and look to a tv ? this is what u mean ? to check the kidney and liver and other organs ? thank u

feeling cold , chills and sweating . weakness . fatigue . muscles pain ???? .. can u explain me something plz 6 monthes ago i had h pylori pozitive and i didnt have those symptoms only burping and heart burn and disconfort . i took treatment and it was negative . it appear again but why with different symptoms? thank u

Yes complicated H pylori infection can cause severe infection leading to the symptoms you have mentioned.

dear Dr . i dont have fever i have all symptoms i mentioned but my temperature 36.5 - 37 measured by ear all the time . paracetamol reducing temperature and i dont have . so i still taking paracetamol..

thank u so much for ur time. my last question regarding ur experience . my chills and sweating from time to time and this fatigue without recorded temperature is something to worry or thats all cant get more complication

hi dr XXXXXXX i went to dr . i made ultrasound . i have small infection in the right kidney . and de gave me 7 days antib .. i think this kidney infection cause chills and sweat and my symptoms .
