What Causes Fluctuating Blood Pressure?

Question: My blood pressure is 150/90 at doctors but come home and it's 133/78...can it change that much? This happens a lot. Is there something I can do to alleviate this problem.

Yes this can happen. The blood pressure is one of the most adjusting things in human life, changes as per the homeostasis required by so many , so many factors. Hence the importance of maintaining in the rage, quite a large one for blood pressure.

133/78 is absolutely fine in a female person of 55 age . 150/90 can be due to anxiety of just getting a blood pressure measured.

Things to alleviate this problem::
Yes - Relaxation, less or no stress and anxiety are the best medicines in most of the dis-eases one gets. Reading for you is the best, please get into it.
A mild exercise, whichever suits you and low salt diet helps a lot maintaining normal blood pressure.
Even at a clinic or at home you should relax before getting your blood pressure. Curtail all the incidences, factors and avoidable circumstances that are known to increase your stress and anxiety, which in response can elevate blood pressure.
