Brief Answer:
investigation is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

there are some disorders that may cause increased urination and thirst. Diabetes mellitus, diabetes insipidus, kidney disorders, hypercalcemia, too much eltroxin, etc.

Checking blood glucose, urea, creatinine, electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium), TSH and urinalysis will be helpful.

I hope you find my comments helpful!

Kind Regards!
