What Causes Extremely Thirsty And Constipated?

hello i am extremely thirsty and constipated. i am swelling up and its making tired. besides being tired, ive have these symptoms everyday and have felt them for quite a while as i can drink about 3 gallons of h20 a day. i have been checked and i do not have diabetes insipidus or regular diabetes. i eat a very large amount of vegetables (like crazy), mostly vegetarian... but also consuming eggs, seafood, or milk with every meal. i take a multivitamin and also load up on fruit. i am about 118 5'4, and usually urinated a whole lot... but not today- just constipated.

Hello,

Some advice that I can give to you is:

-Drink more water.
-Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber.
-Exercise more.
-Take Senna, an herbal laxative.
-Eat probiotic foods or take probiotic supplements.
-Use over-the-counter or prescription laxative.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
