Brief Answer:
yes it is related to thyroid problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thank you for your query.

First of all your problem is related to thyroid directly or indirectly.
Sometimes due to thyroid hormone imbalance, person is having such shivering problems also behavior problems like easy irritability or aggressive outbursts.

And in some cases due to thyroid problem secondary psychiatric problem common like depressive disorder, psychotic disorder and anxiety problem.

In such psychiatric problem secondary to thyroid dysfunction, there is such behavior complains with anxiety features like shivering, gabharaman, becheni, perspiration, dryness of mouth etc..

so first of all you need to consult your physician and check your thyroid hormone level and if normal then consult psychiatrist for secondary problems.

You need to check thyroid hormones every 6 months and always watch for signs of thyroid disturbances.

You need to take anti anxiety medicine as and when required basis for temporary solution.

wish you healthy life.

Thank you
