Brief Answer:
bacterial infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Raised wbc associated with fever and predominant neutrophils points towards a bacterial infection. One needs to find the cause of infection. Here is what you should get done apart from dengue and malaria

1. Send blood culture and widal test for typhoid
2. get chest x ray done
3. send urine routine

I would recommend you to start antibiotics of broad spectrum like augmentin three times a day so that this infection settles down. Seek help from a physician as soon as possible

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
