Brief Answer:
Middle ear infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

Ear pain could be due to infection, injury or inflammation.

If a patient comes to me with these complaints, first I would like to get complete history and examination. Treatment depends on examination findings. Common causes for ear pain among my patients is middle ear infection. I usually advice them with steam inhalation, antihistamines and decongestants.

Collection if fluid in ear requires grommet insertion depends on condition.
It needs to be examined first to know your condition, better to consult your doctor.

Hope I answered your query. Feel free to ask further related query.

Regards
