What Causes Dull Ache In Lower Hamstring Muscle?
Question: I almost always have a dull ache in my right lower hamstring muscle. Sometimes minor and sometimes fairly annoying. I am 64 and work out regularly (have down that for years). I am overweight 6'1' 275# but have lost 60#'s over the last 4 years. What is the cause?
