Brief Answer:
dizziness and head presure

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to see that you are having problems with head pressure adn dizziness when bending over. This is probably due to pressure differences from body positioning and blood pressure. When you bend over you increase inter abdominal pressure and this will cause blood to rush into your heart. This will cause a larger amount of blood to rush to your head. Then if you stay in the bent over position there is less blood now in the abdomen area and less to refill the heart creating a dropping of blood pressure. So tow things are going on with the action of bending over you add more blood to your heart and then while still staying bent over there is less returning to the heart dropping blood pressure. This is all normal. To help reduce this from happening make sure you stay well hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.

Some medications especially blood pressure medications will cause drastic changes in blood pressure and accentuate these changes.
