Brief Answer:
Check your Blood pressure and see ENT specialist

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM

I would suggest you to get your blood pressure checked, as two of three symptoms mentioned that if dizziness and headache can result from hypertension. If blood pressure is high, I would suggest you to see physician for examination and also for prescription of drugs if required.

Ringing in the ear, common cause is hearing loss and then earwax blockade. I would suggest you to see ENT specialist for exact diagnosis and further help.

I would also like to know, whether you have any problem in hearing since the this symptom started.

Take care
