What Causes Dizziness And Headache During Masturbation?

Question: sir i was havinng dizziness for two months then i was given stugeron 25mg i took it for 40 days and now wenever i masterbutate i get severe pain on the left side of my head and left eye....pls let me kow is this serious case
sir i have done all my blood test everything is normal i have done electronystamogram in that it is written central pathology on left side
i am submitting my reports within few minutes pls help me sir ....everything is fine but just i perform sexual activity then in just its initial phase it start painin a lot

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having dizziness and head-ache during masterbation.

Answers and solutions for issues.

1. Studies shows that hyperactive caloric responses (ENG) in patients who suffer from inner ear disease may be a transient phenomenon, caused by fluctuations of the vestibular condition, central compensation, age and/or mental state of the patients. There fore, do not carried away with some abnormality in brain or inner ear and there is no lesion in brain (MRI plane and contrast- are normal).

2. Coital cephalgia or sex head-ache (masterbation or sex) is common in some, secondary to migraine, fluctuating blood sugar, aneurysm of vessels, stress or anxiety, drug related (nasal decongesents) or hormone related.

3. You need to see an ent surgeon again, for evaluation with detailed history (migraine, anxiety), blood pressure monitoring, blood tests (thyroid status), ultrasound neck (aneurysms) and clinical tests for vestibular/central stability (dizziness) to rule out the exact cause.

sir, my thyroid level and blood test are normal.....i was told once to go through MRA do you think there is probality of aneurysm because it has been more then 4 months i m going through this thing .....
do you really think i need to go through more test .......wat about my ENG test. wat it is there that central pathology on the left side???....right know after takin stugeron my dizziness is gone almost.....but i m having this new problem which started from 1 week.....can we say that it is the side effect of the medicine.(stugeron?)..???
can it be guranted that it is due to ear problem .....???

Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.

Let me explain again, Caloric response- hypo or hyper decides the lesion at brain or ear. some times, it also occurs with anxiety, with age or as a transient phenomenon. In case of central patholgy, MRI could have picked up some thing. So, there is no abnormality.

Stugeron, works for both central (brain) or peripheral (vestibular organ of ear).
Therefore to differentiate the vertigo, kindly go ahead for the instructions and investigations, what I have already mentioned.

Site (brain, neck or ear related) of lesion can only be decided by clinical examination (balance tests) and ultrasound neck.
