Brief Answer:
Likely to be Vertigo...

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

From the description of your symptoms, it appears that you could be suffering from Vertigo. This typical symptoms of Vertigo are sensations of dizziness, feeling of the room spinning, reeling, etc. Often these are accompanied by gastric disturbances like nausea, belching, vomiting, etc.

The cause of Vertigo is very often an inner ear problem (cince our body's balancing apparatus is located in the inner ear). Sometimes, it can also be due problems in the central nervous sysytem.

I would advise you to see an ENT specialist to have a detailed examination in order to pinpoint the cause of your symptoms. Further treatment will depend on the cause identified. There are effective medication which can relieve your symptoms, but a proper evaluation is a must before starting any treatment.

Wish you all the best.
