Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

I hope you have got a thorough general physical examination from your physician. Dragging or pulling sensation associated with exertion/exercise possibility of Fatty hernia of linea XXXXXXX needs to be considered. Over exertion may sometimes lead to small fatty hernia located in the upper abdomen in midline(Epigastric Region). There may be small bulge in the region especially while staining.
Other possibility could be underlying acid peptic disease which could be causing these symptoms.

I would suggest you the following
1. Regular intake of meals
2. Avoid streneous work
3. Avoid spicy/oily food.
4. Avoid lying down immediately after meals.
5. Tablet Pantoprozole and Domperidone will help in relieving the symptoms.

MRI will definitely not pick up acid peptic disease . Sometimes the small hernia could also be missed out. Thorough examination from your physician will sort out the problem.

In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take Care

Best Regards
