Brief Answer:
Physical examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

Though, I am really sorry to say that even with these details your illness does not fit anto any one disease.Symptoms are extremely bizarre and not characteristic of any specific disease.Severe anxiety can of course, is one cause, which can result in such symptoms.
Anyways,I suggest that you should get yourself physically examined by a neurologist, in order to get it diagnosed. This can't be diagnosed just on the basis of history.

Still,if you have any questions, you are most welcome.

Brief Answer:
Depends on the type of injury.

Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

Spinal cord injury is not treated with ice or other home based stuffs? It depends on the type of injury.MRI is mandatory for a spinal injury diagnosis.

Hope that helps.
