Question: Hello doctor,

It has been two weeks i am feeling uneasy in chest. I am 29 years old male. I am not following proper diet due to work load at office. I am having trouble with the daily motion. Please suggest me & let me know any medicines to use.

I understand your concern.
It is a very common problem in young people these days. They are busy with work and ignore regular routine.
If such a patient comes to me, I generally suggest the following-

Diet modification. Avoiding fatty or junk food and taking lots of fresh fruits. Taking small frequent meals.
Daily exercise. Brisk walking or jogging enhances metabolism.
Avoiding smoking and alcohol.
Tablet pantoprazole-levosulpiride once daily before breakfast for 15 days.
Lactobacillus sachets twice daily for 15 days.
As there is complaint of chest discomfort, an ECG and a lipid profile to rule out cardiac problems.

You can consult the above with your family doctor and get them prescribed.
