What Causes Discharge Of Particles From The Anus?

Question: Doctor. my name is XXXXX. after applying water to the anus after passing stools each time I find particles like urine particles after completing urine. can u tell me what kind of problem is this and give medicines

Hi and thank you for asking on HCM.
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:
1. You reporting about a rare situation like particles of urine from the anus after applying water.
These symptoms may be related with anal fistula /anal fissure.
2. To my opinion you need to be examined with sigmoidoscopy to beeter evaluate your anal ampula.
Meantime I would suggest to use :
- preparation H
- antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin twice per day for 7 days.

I took cifran oz for just two days for the rectal problem which I told you I was feeling very weak and had constipation also. can you tell me some other tablet which is not so strong and which does not create constipation
