Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM.

I can understand your concerns.

Thyroid disorder is causing you problems in conceiving.

I have some suggestions which will help to control thyroid disorder:

1. Avoid caffeinated drinks. Decrease sugar rich foods.

2. Avoid goitrogens like cabbage, cauliflower, spinach and peaches.

3. Increase protein rich foods like nuts, fishes, eggs, legumes.

4. Coconut oil and yogurt are good source of biochemical precursors of thyroid in body.

5. Take omega3 fatty acid and iron supplements.

6. Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.

Apart from this, drug treatment of thyroid disorder is must. Keep in touch with your doctor for that.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
