Brief Answer:
Mostly you are having knee arthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you are having knee osteoarthritis. in this condition there is reduction in joint gap and that causes knee pain and difficulty in walking, I would suggest you to get x ray of the knee joint. This x ray will confirm the diagnosis and than accordingly further management can be planned. Till than you should follow these advises.
1. Avoid squatting and sitting cross leg.
2. Learn isometric quadriceps exercises .
3. Tablet calcium and vitamin D 3 daily.
4. Voletran ointment local application along with hot water fomentation.
5. Tablet Etoricoxib one daily for pain relief after discussing with your doctor.

For triglycerides you should continue your medications and along with this Statin group of drugs needs to be taken. you can discuss these drugs with your doctor.
Diffuse cerebral atrophy is a slow growing irreversible damage to brain. it can not be reversed but it's speed can be slowed by Neeurovitamins like Methylcobal. Also take a opinion from Neurologist.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Left knee is bad, and needs surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case and your left knee is having severe arthritis. On right side condition is not that bad. Your right knee can be treated with physiotherapy and medicines. But your left knee will need surgery for this.

I would recommend you to follow my advise as I mentioned in my answer previously. If your blood sugar level is under control best to plan knee replacement surgery for left knee.

Thanks
