Brief Answer:
Can be travellers diarrhoea (gastero enteritis)

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely travellers diarrhoea ( gastro enteritis). This is usually self limiting.
Take enough fluids and electrolytes according to loss.
You can take ORS , tender coconut water , yogurt or kefir.
You can take tea with lemon.
Taking bananas is also good.
Avoid milk.
Gastric upset can be controlled by taking h2 blockers like Ranitidine (zantac) which is available over the counter.
Applying hot water bags on abdomen also helps to decrease the heaviness and uneasiness.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
