What Causes Diarrhea, Bloating, Cramps, Migraines And Vomiting While Eating Non-veg Food?

Question: Every time I eat meat; beef, pork, chicken, or even seafood; I become very ill. I get stomach aches and cramps, diarrhea, bloating, migraines, fatigue, nausea, and vomiting. This happens regardless of how well the meat is cooked. I can, however, eat processed meat, like ground beef, canned tuna, etc and I don't seem to get as sick, but I still can't eat a big amount. I can only eat about half a hamburger before I feel sick. I don't have a problem with dairy or eggs. I have been this way most of my life, but it seems to be getting worse. Could there be something serious going on? I have intolerance to soy products and have been vegetarian most of my life because of I hate how I feel after eating meat. I have never really had an appetite for it either. Is there something wrong with me?

Brief Answer:
Avoiding meat and meat products will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare-magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms,

Many individuals have intolerance to animal protein and are not able to digest it or have allergic reaction to protein(after all its a foreign protein). Avoiding such products is the only viable option. If the following criteria are fulfilled there is unlikley to be cause for concern

1. Absence of blood in stools

2. Absence of fever

3. Absence of rash

Mild abdominal discomfort, nausea/vomiting could be commonly be present. Avoiding such products is the only viable option. Being totally vegetarian is much more beneficial.

Brief Answer:
Processed meat has denatured protein : Less immunogenic

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms

Processed meat leads to denaturation of protein. Such denatured proteins are less immunogenic and less likely to cause any reaction and discomfort. Even with processed food if the quantity is more you seem to get reaction, it is preferable to avoid meat products completely.

Take care
