Brief Answer:
Infectious diarrhoea

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

From what I understand you have watery stools for the last couple of hours and headache since morning.

This seems to be infectious Gastroenteritis. You should just do these things at home
1) Two glasses of Boiled and cooled water, with pinch of salt and sugar everytime you visit the loo.
2) Loperamide tablets, antidiarrhoeal, are available over the counter at pharmacy. Buy them and keep at home. You do not need them unless you pass more than 6 to 8 times.
3) A baby Tylenol 200mg should help with the headache if unbearable.

Most of these are self resolving in a day's time. You should be fine the next day morning. Limit food intake, eat bland, drink uncarbonated and non caffeinated.

This should be fine for you now.
