What Causes Delayed Menstruation And Negative Pregnancy Test?

GOOD MORNING
My wife's last cycle was held on 22nd december 2016 but till this days she has no period we have taken two times hcg test but it is negative both time last pregnancy test should be done at before two days
it is also negative. before this my wife has regular period at 28 to 30 days . she is 35 yr. old. she is healthy
what can i do i am pharmacist can i start premolute n. pl. give me a proper advice thanks.

Thanks for posting the query,
Some part of the cycles in every women will be irregular.
If the pregnancy test and HCg has come negative. Then you can give her
TAB. Devery 10 mg 2 times a day foe 5 days. She'll get her periods with in 3 days after stopping this medicine.
If she does't get the cycles even after taking devery or if her next cycle is also irregular then she'll need to consult the Gynaecologist for further investigations like ultrasound abdomen and hormonal tests.
