Brief Answer:
Three more cycles of ovulation induction with CCQ

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Thanks you for getting back to me. I have reviewed our old conversation, and last cycle of ovulation induction showed optimum follicular size and rupture, and optimum endometrial thickness.
Ideally, in a patient of PCOS, ovulation induction should be given continuously for six ovulatory cycles. If one fails to conceive in this period, then the ovulation induction should be done with intrauterine insemination.
Since you have taken ovulation induction with CCQ for 3 months, you should continue taking it for further three months.
You can start taking CCQ in the same dosage from today onwards for next five days, as your urine pregnancy test is negative today.
I would further like to know whether you have got your hysterosalpingography or laparoscopy done to assess the patency of both fallopian tubes, and the semen analysis of your husband.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back to me with the information and upload the reports, if feasible.
Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr Deepti Verma
