Brief Answer:
A urinary infection likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The burning during urination and a mild blood can be due to a urinary infection or a urinary calculus irritating the urinary tract lining.
The delay in periods is not related to it and can be due to pregnancy or a hormonal disturbance. This can be detected after a few blood tests for serum Prolactin, HCG, thyroid hormone levels, etc under the guidance of your gynecologist.
The urinary infections are common in women and are easily treatable. The treatment of this would involve the following:
a. Drink plenty of fluids
b. Cranberry juice has been shown to be useful in fighting this infection.
c. You can take a urine alkalinizing agent like disodium hydrogen citrate
d. You would also need a course of antibiotics like ciprofloxacin. However, it would be best if we get a urine culture and sensitivity done in order to identify the bacterium and know which antibiotic it is susceptible to.
Since these are prescription drugs, I would suggest you see your gynecologist for the same. With this treatment, I think you should be good in about 1 week.

Thank you doctor!
Last year I have had 3 94 if you count the one im having right now). is that normal? I take all antibiotics they give me, clean my self up after intercourse, and do all doctors recommend. Is it normal for women to have that many urinary infections?im sorry, and how can i not have my period after the ectopic pregnancy in September? I mean if i were pregnant i should be showing a belly or have nausea or other symptoms?

Brief Answer:
Causes of recurrence need to be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Recurrent infections in females can happen due to incomplete treatment of the partner and other conditions like Diabetes. It is best to get a urine test of your husband done to avoid recurrent infections.
The absence of periods is sometimes the only sign of pregnancy. It is not necessary to have symptoms like nausea or weight gain in all the cases.
Hope my answer is helpful.
