Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-Severe Crampy Pain with Bloating / Under Evaluation

Hi Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read and reviewed your query facts.I feel concerned about the health concerns with them.
You seem to have pain in the Epiagastric region, which could be due to -?Hidden Early Epiagastric Weakness in the Aponerotic midline fibers/ or it could be from insignificant Para-Umbilical hernia.

-Explanation of the Cause of Your Crampy pain with Bloating-
Dear, Based on the facts of your query, You seem to suffer from hidden defect of Epigastric hernia with reducible obstruction of the pre-peritoneal fat and peritoneum/omental/mesenteric tissue .This obstruction causes post-dinner cramps and bloating from Reflex Gastroparesis. The cause is the night meals which induces the hernial contents to be pushed through the Epigastric weakness in the abdominal aponeurosis. Its relief in 1/2 hours time on turning/moving,indicates reduction of the hernial contents.

-Other possibilities for your age needs to be kept in mind and investigated. For this you need to Consult ER Surgeon,as it would need physical examination and its evaluation, in relation to your health concerns.

-With the turns, these pushed obstructed hernial contents reduce themselves back to abdominal cavity. This reduction of hernial contents reduces the severe pains you repeatedly get.

-The tonight pain at 8,is again due to the severe obstruction of the herniation of abdominal omentum and preperitoneal fat, through the weakeness in the midline in the Epigastric Hernial Sites.

Remedy Suggested -
-For Immediate pain relief- Shift to ER who would treat the pain with Inj.Anti-spasmodics,for further care.

-To prevent its recurrence-Take Early Meal for your age to avoid the recurrence of your health problem.

-For Treatment-Consult Surgeon of the ER department urgently and Get the USG/CT abdomen of the Epigastric area and assess the cause of it.This test would also resolve other causes. This test would also help the ER doctors to reduce manually if its possible,to relieve the pain and reflex bloating from gastric paresis.

-Permanent Remedy-Get the Surgical Correction by Endoscopic-Mesh Repair of the Epigastric Hernia as soon as possible, by a planned surgery, as your body needs pre-surgical cardio-respiratory assessment for your age related factors.

-Other causes would be ruled out and treated accordingly by your ER Doctor.

Hope this would help you to resolve your health concerns.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.
