Suggest Treatment For Ovarian Cancer

Question: I have had some discomfort since last evening between my groin and lower stomach. It hurts more if I bend over and sometimes with leg movements. Sometimes it feels a little like pressure telling me I need to go to the bathroom (but I'm not constipated or having any trouble with bowel movements). I'm not certain about the pressure feeling - I may be just monitoring it too closely because I'm anxious. I'm wondering if you have any ideas what this is. I did do some heavier lifting a few days ago and light exercises earlier in the day. I'm wondering if this is just a muscle sprain. I did have a groin hernia repaired about 10 years ago but I believe that was on the other side. I also don't feel anything bulging out like a hernia. In addition, my mom had ovarian cancer. I know I don't have ovaries but I always worry about cancer. I would say the discomfort is only mild in intensity but the location feels different than a groin pull or any other spot I've ever pulled a muscle before. I'm looking at a body diagram. It might be where the "aponeurosis" is or maybe between that and the lower obliques.

Brief Answer:
Inguinal ligament issue more likely . guidelines provided .

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly with attached photograph .

* This seems mostly in relation with sprain or strain involving inguinal ligament
which is formed by external abdominal oblique aponeurosis continuous with
fascia XXXXXXX of thigh with lesser possibilities of other problems .
( as there is more hurting with bending over and leg movements ) .

* Suggestions at present

- Do not panic for any type of cancer at all .
- Application of heating pad 5 minutes each session for 2 times a day .
- Tab. ibuprofen ( 400 ) mg morning and evening after meals .

- Avoid strenuous work or heavy exercises , weight lifting till recovery .
- Do follow up after doing all above for 3 days .
- See that your bowel and bladder movements are perfect and not any
discomfort in both of them .

- If discomfort persists , we may think of ultrasound examination later on
to rule out any other possibility but not right now at this point

Hope this will help you for sure .
Welcome for any further assistance .

Regards .
