Brief Answer:
Rule out the cause of hearing loss in the right ear

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I have gone through your question and understand your worry and concern.

The ringing as well as hearing impairment may be related. It is important to identify the precise cause before we initiate treatment and just a physical examination may not be sufficient. I would like to suggest that rule out the cause of hearing loss in the right ear therefore it is absolute necessary to get your otoscopy and or otoendoscopy, pure tone audiometry, impedance audiometry. In addition, I would also suggest to get your blood sugar levels and blood pressure levels tested.

You will have to discuss these steps with your ENT specialist. Above mentioned tested are absolutely necessary for your further management.
