What Causes Cold Hands And Feet, Tiredness And Hypothyroidism?
Question: Resting heart rate sitting here is 45-48. cold hands and feet, tired. but when I get up and move my heartrate does increase to 55-65. Should I be concerned with how low my resting HR is? I do have hypothyroidism and PCOS but all my labs came back last week perfectly within range including CBC, Metabolic panel, ect. all perfect.

I read your question and I understand your concern. Heart rate at lower limits of normal is very common in hypothyroidism status. Heart rate is controlled by receptors in the heart called beta receptors and those receptors are produced in response to thyroid hormones. And with absence or deficiency or exogenous hormones this issue may be faced.
Until and unless you achieve thyroid hormone balance and a complete euthyroid state this issue will persist.
Also 60 rate is lower limit of normal. Any thing lower than that is bradycardia.
I would suggest a complete thyroid workup and readjusting and reshuffling of thyroxine supplements. Once the dose titre is adjusted fully your symptoms will poof away.
All you need is a visit to an endocrinologist.
