What Causes Clitoral Pain During Oral Sex?

Question: Hello, I had a d and c after a failed miscarriage 3 months ago. I still have clitoris pain during oral sex. Will I ever be healed?

I understand your concern and i will try to help you.
In fact 3 months is a long period of time of clitoral pain after trauma caused from D&C .
From 1 to 10 ,how is pain?
Do you have any laceration or swollen in your clitoris?
Is burning pain or deep pain?
Have you done any pelvic examination?

Try to do Sitz baths with warm water adding betadine (one liter of water two table spoon betadine ) three to four times per day.

Hello, no swelling or lacerations. The pain is about an 8, only during oral sex, no other time. I have not had a pelvic exam.

Hi dear again!

Pain in the clitoris (as opposed to soreness caused by sex) is unusual when there is no trauma form vigorous intercourse or inflammation.

In most cases, it's due to vulvodynia.
This is a condition where the vulva – or parts of it – becomes tender.

If the pain is consistent and you will not have any improvement after Sitz baths, then you need to have a pelvic exam to determine the reason.
